Here is a beautiful antique/vintage Native American cuff bracelet which I believe is of Navajo origin. The bracelet measures 2-1/2 inches long with a 1-1/4 inch gap. It is mostly 7/8 inches wide but does taper down near the gap to approx 3/4 inches wide. It weighs 33.5 grams. The bracelet is deeply scored into six rows, with a clear open cartouche like area widening in the center, and having symetrical stamp decoration above and below the cartouche, separating each row, including sawtooth, rope twist and other stamp patterns that are commonly associated with traditional Navajo motifs. It is thick and heavy and is likely made out of coin silver. The bracelet is not signed. Please review the photos (above and below) for a complete description.
