Condition: Fresh used stamp with double impression variety… Very trivial thin that lights up in fluid not felt to be significant to the PF when they certified this stamp… Very light paper bend that does not light up in fluid… Please see the stamp and cert for details… I have added a nice selection of many stamps to my store.
