This is a vintage handmade saddle probably from the 1920s based on the style. It is maker marked on the seat but the mark is not legible. A close up picture is included with the listing. It has a 15 seat and the tree is sound. The saddle appears to be all original. The saddle shows normal wear for its age on the leather and real sheep skin lining.
