The 2019-20 Select Courtside is arguably the best looking version to date, and the disco pattern found on the Hybrid makes it look even better. PLEASE NOTE: There is a small piece of lint inside the case on the back (see picture). It isnt affecting the card in any way, but thats what the white spec in the back is. Before all of the Hybrid is new and doesnt sell as well people chime in, let me point something out. While Select Hybrid was a new release in 2019-20, Select Basketball has been around since 2012-13, and 2014-15 first introduced the tiered system, consisting of Concourse, Premier and Courtside, with concourse being the most common, and Courtside being the most rare. Now for the Hybrid Version. For anyone who doesnt know, Prizm Basketball came on the scene at the same time. In the 2017-18 season, Panini introduced Prizm Fast Break Basketball. It was viewed as a cheap product, it wouldnt last, no one cared about it or wanted it. Out of nowhere, the prices doubledand this was well before Covid. 2018/19 Fast Break cases sell for more than Hobby cases. If you are still reading and wonder why I explained all of this, its to explain that new products typically sell quite a bit lower than established products. After a product has been around for 3 years or so, people seem to gain comfort in them and start to invest. I honestly believe that Hybrid Select is here to stay (T-Mall either needs to be changed or go away IMO), and I think it will gain more traction than it already has. If you arent a fan of the Disco look, then this card isnt for youbut I can tell you that the pictures dont do this card justice. I dont have a best price, least I will take, etc. There are no comps or anything for me to go off of, and with where we are in the market now, Im not going to just guess.
