SG Specialist Vol1 describes second state as only occurring for BA-BD, BG, BL, CA-CH, DH-DL. Much rarer than the first state. 3.5 margins, wide at bottom and right. Adherence to back, possible repair? Very high CV and a hard stamp to find.
