These volumes are in near mint condition. There are some scuffs on the slip case. The photo plates of the stamps are printed on heavy card stock and the colors are near perfect if not completely perfect. There is an extensive discussion about each of the color plates. Included is a glass slide with representative samples of papers used by National, Continental and American Bank Note and Bureau Issues printers.
