We believe this may be a 1988 made but we are waiting to hear back from Fender regarding the actual details. There is a serial number on the bridge plate but does not specify the date of manufacture. The Mini switch allows the guitars pickups to play both “In Series” and “In Parallel”. You get more options for your sound with this one! Again, You get everything the guitar was originally wired for PLUS the In series sound option when mini switch is activated. Action at 12th Fret: Low E = 3.5/64″ High E = 3.5/64″.
