Old southwestern Native American Indian turquoise Sterling silver stamped Thunderbird cuff bracelet, unmarked but most likely Navajo. This outstanding bracelet showcases beautifully stamped and etched Thunderbird design with a sky-blue stone in the center of the cuff. The polished cabochon is set in a smooth bezel. The stone alone is 1 7/16″ tall by 1 9/16″, from bezel to bezel. The stone sits on a single band shank that is stamped with Native American motif patterns down to the terminals, with a single repousse bird track framing the stone on both sides. This piece weighs approximately 75.5 grams, it’s 2 7/8″ wide, and measures just over 5 7/8″ around the inside, end to end. Add 1 7/16 for the gap. A unique version of the very traditional Thunderbird design. Thank you for supporting authentic Native American art.
