Up for consideration is a Lionel 256 electric engine, vintage mid 1920’s. This twin motor engine is the rubber stamped version and is all original. It was Lionel’s top of the line O gauge locomotive during the 1920’s. I rate the condition as an excellent C6-C7. The paint has a few small scratches and when tested, both motors worked. There is a small chip in on of the wheels. This was displayed for many years and should be professionally serviced before operating.
