Southwestern Native American turquoise Sterling silver stamped concho belt style hatband, stamped STERLING, and hallmarked OTSM, most likely Navajo. This lovely concho belt style hatband showcases 12 conchos hand-stamped and adorned by a turquoise stone set in a serrated bezel in the center of each piece. The conchos measure approximately 7/8″ in width (across) by just over 5/8″ in height, with a single keeper in the back that holds the 3/8 wide strap. The buckle and keeper have the traditional starburst design, with no stones. The buckle is 13/16″ wide (across) by 3/4″ tall. The hatband is roughly 28 long from end to end and can be cut to fit. The circumference of the hatband when attached to the first hole is about 25 3/4″ and 26″ on the last one, and there is room for additional holes if needed. The leather strap is in great shape, with very light signs of wear around the holes. Beautiful band with very nice Navajo style conchos. Thank you for supporting authentic Native American art.
