Outstanding Southwestern Native American Indian Sterling silver overlay stamped concho belt, signed DB and stamped STERLING, either Hopi or Navajo. This beautiful belt showcases 13 heavy-gauge conchos, including the buckle, each adorned with a nicely cut and stamped Navajo rug pattern overlay design over a textured bottom layer of silver. The conchos are approximately 1 11/16″ wide by 1 1/16″ tall, and have 2 copper loops or keepers each. The strap is brand new, and the only mark on it is in one of the holes when it was being punctured. The strap is approximately 47 long, end to end. The measurement from hook to the first hole is 35 1/4″, 36 1/4″ to the second, and 37 1/4 to the last one. There are only 3 holes, but plenty of room for more. The belt weighs about 90 grams. Exceptional overlay work, and classic rug pattern design. Fits through your belt loops. Thank you for supporting authentic Native American art.
