I tested it and Ive included pictures showing the temperature gauge going from 150 to 280 degrees. Please note it takes about 3 to 5 minutes for the unit to reach 270 degrees. The cord is 6 feet long with no fraying. Included with the machine comes 1 and 2 line holders, a cushion board, a leathers good clamp, an extra heat element, and a 8 x 10 base plate to be used for greeting cards, napkins, stationary, and other large items.
