Bought this from William Lang’s many years ago. It has a PSE certificate, it is used but you can’t see any sign of a cancel. I hate to part with this, but I was flooded out of my house last year, and we’ve barely made it back to the house; and Christmas presents are a better way to improve the family mood than keeping collectibles.
